Josh Taylor is a musician, singer, songwriter, comedian, MC and Nashville recording artist who proudly resides in Newberry, Florida. He has a deep-rooted passion for four things: Faith, Family, HIs Country and Love.
Josh grew up a preacher’s son and sang in church early in his life. He later attended Bible college in North Georgia thinking he would continue in ministry. After college he joined several Christian groups and toured the country. He met his wife, Jaime and left the life of the road. He then attended police academy and served in law enforcement for 13 years. Joshua and Jaime have been married for 23 years and have two beautiful boys Jaydon and Jonas .
Josh became nationally renowned for writing and performing the song “Hometown Strong” in honor of two fallen deputies from Gilchrist County. Josh recently debuted his latest music album on the National Mall of Washington, D.C and has made special appearances singing the National Anthem across the United States. Both Florida State officials and members of Congress have declared that Josh performed the most powerful rendition of the National Anthem that they have ever heard.
